I would never dare to Judge somebody whom i never met or talked to before. But Hugo seems like he knows me perfect. I opened a new Kitesurfingschool in Malmö. The firts thing i did is to get the permissions to be on the beach around Malmö. All of them were O:K: exept this one from Vellinge i dont have yet. I dont care what Hugo or somebody else is doing. I was working 3 years for club mistral as a Centermanager in Tarifa so I saw Kiting becoming big. Everything was alright down there till we had the first Accidents on the beach.We never had one in the school but on the beaches I saw everything. Till the police came and closed the kitesurfing for 1Week. You can imagine that we were not happy about that so now you kitesurfers know why I want to make evrything 100 Procent legal. I invested a lot of money in the school.
I have a meeting tomorrow morning about Vellinge then I let you know.
About the Accident I had in klagshamm sems like Hugo knows everything. But the truth is that i was already walking with my kite and Board on the beach wehen the ambulance came. I was swimming home and a fishermann called them. But Hugo can show me how to come home with no Wind then he is the best in the World!!!!
Or he can call me then he for sure knows my number and then he can judge about me. I am seeing forward to met him the first time. -

Im sorry Gerd its just what I heard and read in the newspaper.
Keep on thing in mind though, there are alot of surfers down here that can get really mad if you go around talking crap (and stepping on toes), and I promise you they are not as polite as me…

I´m having a very hard time understanding what you mean when you write that you want everything to be 100% legal. If I understand the swedish legal system correctly (which I think I do) everything is 100% legal until you´ve got an injunction that forbids you to do something. With this I want to emphasise that I think it is totally unnecessary to involve swedish authorities when we can avoid accidents just as well on our own. We can promote courses and simply help surfers which look like they are in trouble. Instead I believe that your contact with swedish authorities are based on your own greed. You want their permission to give courses in kitesurfing only to satisfy your own profits. If you had been smart you would have collaborated with us instead of setting the swedish authoroties of – they can be a real pain in the ass. By the way I have spoken with Velling kommun and they had absolutely know idea what I was talking about. There is no injuction in Vellinge kommun and if I understood their spokesperson correctly there never will be.

I thought when you make a company you have to get a permission to be on the beach too. that was my only interrest in the hole thing. I was just scared that the Authorities would come and close down the school if i would have an accident with a student.

Hi Gerd,
I meet you at Habo Ljung in Lomma a couple of weeks ago and I saw that you put up flyers on the ”yellow house”. Please don´t do that again because I have spend
allot of my sparetime to fix the place so it looks good. There are only a few people in Sweden that are allowed to give courses at Habo Ljung and I´m one of them.Regards,
