North shore has had some rainy days and the wind has been on for 24h which is unusual for Maui this time of year.

I tried a new Starboard custom around 50l with tree fins. I decided not to buy it…Lesson of the day:
The oldest lava flow exposed on the east Maui volcano is about 1.1 million years old. Scientist believe that East Maui volcano (Haleakala) probably began it’s growth about 2 million years ago.
