    Jason Stone to attend first event on the Asian Windsurfing Tour (AWT)

    To all windsurfers,

    The Asian Windsurfing Tour is due to start in just one month’s time at
    the high wind destination of Penghu in Taiwan. Wind speeds consistently
    over 30 knots are expected and Jason Stone will be there to take
    advantage in front of the crowds and cameras. Registration for the
    Penghu Cup is on the 24th of November with racing on the 25,26 and 27th.
    The latest gear is available from the local windsurfing centre “Bump and

    Sol Beer and Neil Pryde are both major sponsors of the AWT so in
    addition to some fantastic sailing you can look forward to racing
    clinics, impressive equipment (and cash) prizes and some superb

    Philippine Airlines offer 50kg free excess baggage allowance (total free
    baggage allowance 70kg).

    Philippine Airlines are also offering special Economy Class fares from
    destinations around Asia. More price details will be forthcoming.
    Philippine Airlines flies into Manila and onward to Kalibo. From Kalibo
    it is a 90-minute coach ride to Cataclan for the short boat ride to
    Boracay. The organizers of the event can have you met at the airport in
    Kalibo.

    To obtain your special air fare on either MAS or PAL there are several
    simple steps:

    1) contact your local PAL or MAS booking office and make your
    reservation
    2) make a note of your booking reference number
    3) inform Proteus Sports or the event organizer of this reference number
    and we will pass it forward to the relevant airline. The airline will
    authorize the discounted ticket and advise your local booking office.
    4) The ticket can then be issued and you are on your way to the Asian
    Windsurfing Tour.
    (Please note that all discounted fare bookings should be made at least
    14 days prior to departure).
