Der Omega kann sowohl mit Pulleys als auch ohne Pulleys am Barsystem aufgebaut werden. Wird er mit Pulleys genutzt, erhöht dies die Drehgeschwindigkeit des Kites und der Kite lässt sich ebenfalls schneller powern und depowern. Diese Eigenschaften sind fürs Surfen und Freeriden ideal und außerdem lässt sich ein so aufgebauter Kite relaunchen, ohne dass Sie dazu die Hände von der Bar lösen müssen. OVERIDE™ 2. DEPOWER AUF VERLANGEN.

Die Depower Funktion des Override ’Depower auf Abruf’ Systems könnte nicht einfacher sein.
Drücken Sie die Bar einfach in den Override Mode und der Kite depowert unverzüglich und beginnt kontrolliert vom Himmel zu sinken. Sie behalten permanent die Kontrolle über die Power Ihres Kites und können dadurch die meisten Unfälle verhindern, bevor sie geschehen.
Mit dem Override™ 2 ist dieses häufig nachgeahmte Konzept sogar noch besser geworden. Wir fügten einen vom Fahrer einstellbaren Stopper Mechanismus hinzu. Anders als bei den Systemen der Konkurrenz, können Sie als Fahrer jetzt selbst die Auslösekraft für den Override Stopper Mechanismus festlegen. Mithilfe eines neuen integrierten Spannrings kann die Auslösekraft für den Stopper Mechanismus stufenweise von recht leicht bis zu sehr schwerer Auslösung eingestellt werden und lässt sich damit an Ihr Fahrkönnen oder Ihren Fahrstil anpassen.

SPRINT™: SINGLE POINT INFLATION SYSTEM

Das schnell zu bedienende Sprint™ Inflation System macht den Kiteaufbau extrem einfach. Sprint ist unser neues, von einem Ventil aus zu bedienende Aufpumpsystem. Hier geht es darum, noch schneller aufzubauen, um noch mehr Zeit auf dem Wasser verbringen zu können. Beim Sprint System setzen Sie die Pumpe auf ein einziges Ventil und pumpen den Kite auf, bis der gewünschte Druck erreicht ist. Dabei werden alle Tubes gleichmäßig mit Luft gefüllt. Sie können jetzt ganz unbesorgt Kiten gehen, denn Sie haben die Gewissheit, dass Ihr Kite immer ganz gleichmäßig aufgepumpt ist.

SOFORTIGER RELAUNCH

Die Kombination unseres Powerdrive™ 2N1 Kontrollsystems mit unserem Cabrinha HD Bridle System sorgen beim Omega dafür, dass er zu den am schnellsten relaunchbaren Kites gehört, die momentan erhältlich sind. Liegt die Fronttube des Kites auf dem Wasser oder auf dem Schnee, muss man die Bar nur um 90 Grad drehen, damit sich der Wingtip von der Wasser- oder Schneeoberfläche hebt und Sie den Kite dann sanft nach oben lenken können.

Nya kiten er better-stronger-faster jämnförd med förra året.

Den er även mer vacker, oxå mer vacker än andre märken, har depower och windrange från 1-25 sekundmeter.

Förre året hade kitesne ingen fel i marketingen, men nu e dom kassa och funker inte längre. Men den nya har fiksat alle fel och e nu felfri, präcis som förre året var det. Du måsta köba den nya, och med den försvinnar alle fel v din åkning. Sweet. Jag ska ha en sån.

Well, I am German, but there is not so much worthful information to be found in this document, lots of blabla. Everything seems the same than eg. SB2, except one thing.

The only technical “innovation” is that the bar can be used with or without pulleys. Nothing really new though, with pulleys your kite will turn faster and you have more depower potential, without the bar pressure decreases.
They argue that the no-pulley version is good for unhooked riding, because the bar pressure is almost not there anymore. If I meet someone from cabrinha I will ask him to explain that to me, without breaking the laws of physics…

Co2 och Revolver finns ju fortfarande och det c kites som också är 2006 kites precis som SB2 o CB2. Som jag förstår det skall modellerna nu räknas som årsmodell från det år dom släpps. Inte kommande år. Blir lite snävt annars.

I think they would piss their own leg if they would build a hybrid. It´s a question of philosophy (or almost religion 😀 ). There is a hard battle going on between “hybrids” (F-one etc.) and “bows”, both state that their solution is the perfect one. Coming out with a hybrid would mean that they admit that they’ve been on the wrong path with the bows.

I haven´t seen the Omega yet, but it seems like the only thing that has really changed is the bar, and maybe some small changes with the kite. Enough to unleash a new product that is so much better than everything before (marketing…)
