Gollito väger nog lite mer än 52 kg! Tråkig tävling med så lite vind låter det som i mina ögon utan att ha kollat in länkarna. Men den som har roligast vinner ju …och i det här fallet verkar de ha varit riktiga lättviktare 😀

Men det är väl bara att beställa från någon webbutik i världen numera. Ett lås har diskuterats förut här. Tror att det var det här: Palmers Keypod Key Safe
Men det lät sist som att det var ett problem med det låset, att det var möjligt för vem som helst att ställa om koden då knappen/funktionen på för att återställa koden var tillgänglig även då den var låst. Vi kom aldrig fram till ett svar i den här frågan, kanske främst för att de som redan har en inte var så intresserade av att prata om just det här 😉
Sen finns det ju olika modeller, men det är ju just svårt att köpa en sån här pryl utan att se den och hålla i den, för får mina nycklar plats i den, är den lätt att använda och har den något säkerhetsbrist.

Gear Preview – Tabou Da Curve 73
Furnished with more traditional style Tabou graphics (namely naked ladies), it uses a conventional pintail wave shape, but looks decidedly small and compact with a length of just 239cm.
03.12.04Straps are supportive and elasticated, being easy to adjust and holding their shape well, whilst the footpads have double density shockabsorbers, making them very comfortable and adhesive.
The board is extremely light, not just because of size but construction too, being made with extensive carbon Kevlar sandwich wraps on both the hull and deck.On the water the Da Curve produced an exceptional performance that stood it proud in the group of small, conventional high-wind wave boards to which it belongs. It has similar levels of bite and dedication to the other super small boards, but is tempered with a smooth progressive and useable character. It allows even the intermediate to make far more practical use of this level of performance on a more real world basis. Excelling when it is very windy and the swell builds, it is nonetheless a lot of fun in mediocre, everyday conditions. The Da Curves straight-line comfort is excellent, feeling very secure; there is no slap or bounce to the board, it remains poised whilst the pads effectively act as shock absorbers even the roughest chop passes by without notice. In the carve, there is positive feedback instantly provided to the rider.
The board feels compact, yet is smooth through less than perfect water and it holds speed well to make riding devastatingly precise and effective. If some boards have a super smooth, soft nature, take more power to get going, and offer little in terms of feedback, whilst others are sharp and nervous, the Da Curve has the best of both qualities. It is one of the easiest small boards to use effectively and has stunning potential. Highly recommended for the extreme wave-sailor and intermediate alike.
Verdict
A very usable extreme wave board that is highly effective whatever the conditions. Easy and forgiving, it has full-on performance that real world riders will be able to dial into.Intermediate: Small, but one of the most userfriendly boards in this size.
Expert: Fantastically easy to use for so much performance.
Plug and Play: Step on and go, it feels conventional and familiar under-foot, but offers a level of performance that will satisfy nyone, irrespective of wave-riding experience.
