It was very frustrating. We were in communication with some of the KSP riders and they were complaining that they had another day with bad consitions and at the same time..
we had great wind of 17 knots all day on Salamansa in Sao Vicente – which is not far away from Sal.

I do know how far your budget reaches but…
Return flight from Copenhagen to Sao Vicente should be available at 5000 Danish Kronor and return from Stockholm should be 6400 Swedish Kronor.
Appartments in Mindelo, Sao Vicente cost 20 euros per person per night (living room, bathroom, bedroom, kitchen with fridge).

I am not neutral because I set up a kitesurf center in Sao Vicente, a new destination among the Cape Verde islands.

I think it is worth mentioning because:
1) this island is TOTALLY different from Sal and Boa Vista
