Ett plågsamt kite-uppehåll på mer än en månad har medför litervis med abstinens fradga och mer eller mindre akuta depressioner.
Som en beröring från gud ringde det på telefonen igår och meddelades att ett styck pyro
hade kommit. Med ett leende större än John Holms pitt for jag in och hämtade den, var av min fråga.Är det någon som skall ut och surfa näset eller habo imorgon? Om inte så i övermorgon osv. osv.

Sorry I have taken awhile to get back to you. I have booked the house for you from 1.12.2003 – 28-2.04. I need a fax number so that I can fax the agreement to you.
Just to confirm once more. The rental is R30,000 for December, R30,000 for January and R25,000 for January 2004.
We require a booking deposit of R20,000 to secure this property. When you arrive in South Africa you can exchange this deposit with us for Euro or Krona – which we will hold as a breakages deposit until you leave. This means that once you leave, you won’t have to change the rands back again to Euro or krona and we will refund this to you, providing there are no breakages or damage.
Once you arrive, you will be required to pay the full accommodation fee of R85,000, in advance. Please understand that this is not negotiable.
We only pay this over to the owner after 24 hours once you are settled in and satisfied that everything is in working order.
As far as the electricity, water and telephone are concerened – you will pay this monthly. (As these accounts run in arrears, a certain amount will have to be left with us to cover the last month’s accounts).
I will arrange the ISDN connection as soon as I have the agreement back and confirmation that you are arranging the deposit. The cost for this installation is R550.00, which we will deduct from the deposit. The monthly charge after that is R193.00 for the line – plus the calls, obviously.Something that we have not discussed is that there is a maid that comes in to clean twice a week, Wednesday and Saturday. Her charge is R100 per day i.e. R800 per month. Would you like her to work those days – if so, you will pay her directly. Please let me know. The owner of the property really would like her to stay on as she knows the property and has worked for him for a long time.
I also just need to ask you – at the moment there are king, queen and double beds in all the bedrooms, plus one 3/4 bed in one of the rooms. The owner will replace this with a double bed if required – please let me know.
Once you send me a fax no. I will send you the agreement. Our bank details are on the agreement.
