nice, prestwick is just north of Ayr, but this looks like Troon – the west coast is pretty much full of spots like this, although one of the nicest has to be on the island of tiree though – Gott Bay, its like scotlands version of coche lol offshore in a superflat bay..
for the real men there are decent atlantic swells to keep you wet on the west coast of the island. Take the ferry from oban with the car or fly onto the island with BA.. its a small plane so surfboards should be cool.
The pub isnt bad either.. lol
