I think that when these guys actually talk to us, they realize they are not dealing with noisy kids with bright clothing and no respect for other beach users, but its easy to see how they get that impression just from reading these threads. If anything that should be something that works in our advantage.
Anything that is quoted from these forums can only be used to represent the ideals of one person, and anyone with any sort of reason cannot deny that when confronted with the cold hard fact that it is not all of us that feel that way.
Most of this stuff all stems from simple misunderstandings between us and them, its time to step up to the plate, listen to what they have to say and reason with what is being said.
Of course its unfair that motorboats leaking oil into the sea should be allowed where we are not, but thats just how things stand right now, things can get better.

facking awesome, I was thinking of taking my UL this year, there are a lot of reasons to take it, sometimes the PPL sometimes seems a little overkill, but the UL leaves you so restricted when it comes to night flying and flying with luggage overseas..
