dont buy gear older than a couple of years old.. newer kites have a much better ability to remove power from the kite.
Between a 12 and a 14 will give you a decent amount of riding this summer.. I can go upwind on a 12 Cult (naish) in about 6m/s and I am 94kg… (without a wetsuit) Riding a 133 board.
Your best bet is to come to Habo Ljung (lomma) for the season kickoff, ask questions face to face with the stars and get impartial advice from more than one source.
