I dont really think its the height, more the weight that is the issue.
Take about a 130, and test the takeoff, its an awesome board, it really is. If anyone wants to try it out, if I aint using it on the beach, just tell me and take it out for a spin.

It depends who you are riding with I think. Like if I was riding with Jonaish, I would go really far upwind away from him. But being with the rest of the locals, well its different, its like we have this connection, and I dont mean like the one you and I had at the party Eddie, I mean like this other type, where we know what we are all going to do in almost every situation.
Thats why we should have spots where beginners should be. like concentration camps almost…

aloha, and great point, it is always awesome to see manufacturers pushing out new innovations so that the rest of the industry can replicate their own technology and keep the sport moving forward. Everytime something new comes onto the market I look at it, see the common sense and ask myself why it was never there before.
I always get real happy everytime I see this sort of initiative from manufacturers this can only be a good thing and give cred to slingshot for doing and not talking.
