I think you are being a little over defensive.. I ride Downhill and dirt jumps.. I ride street for a little bit of a change now and again, but trials is like walking… you never really seem to go anywhere.. see anything…. At least while riding street or North Shore, there is a change of scenery.. you adapt your riding skills to whatever is presented in front of you.. as opposed to sticking to the one spot…. I can hold my own in trials.. I could pull a switzerland squeaker before you had discovered your third thumb and Hans Ray was starring in bad cop shows…..
Dont be so anal, its bad rep for the rest of the trials guys…. 😛

Agreed, people pay to use the beach that we kite on.. lets keep it trouble and scrap free… Buy lots of ice cream at the kiosk when it opens too and help support the campsite.

ahh for once there is a whole thread of good advice without someone trying to sell something!… I would go for a 130 though… what you struggle with over the first few weeks will pay back loads forever thereafter..

Nice advice Lärs… Listen to what he said. most of the 12 bowkites have perfect range and what they dont have in bottom end power, often they make up for it in speed.

If you aint interested in buying an EH (that I cant believe) there is a shop in germany that I know of that sell kitestuff click on the link..
Although I think you should order a kite from me cos I aint overselling EH to ya.

This isnt a stab at the Light… But, I disagree… I have heard from many people that last years Ozones were better… and when a 2005 c kite outperforms the light, there are design issues that need to be re-examined…. These small kites should be designed to handle gusty big conditions, bad weather is a crap excuse. (I am talking about Habo as well)
Build quality deserves Kudos, its a great looking kite, built with nice fabric, with loads of nice features, simple but real flashy looking and for that reason its a real shame that it doesnt perform as well as it could do.

get a real bike, with real tyres.. roads are for cars and are uninteresting to ride on ya big (HOMO)spanking, shirt-lifting, pillow biter.
