You are right, even if you have an agreement between yourself and the customer that there is no warranty, there still is…. its the law, just because both parties agree to break the law, doesnt make it legal…
But, its a different story if they have been unpacked and are classed as used.

the sit sele offers noobies the luxury of not having their waist sele up around their chest, thing is, the nature of the harness can mean that riders adopt a really nasty riding position, as you ”sit” in it.
The mid-sele offers a little more mobility, and riders normally use them because they dont look so nasty.
choose a harness that offers great back support, and that wont slide up too easily. remember that this is normally where al the power from the kite is transferred to your body, so it needs to fit nice and offer support, dont buy the cheapest harness, try some different ones and see what you think. Its all about rider preference.
