nothing really, just be cool to other people on the beach… let them try the gear, answer any questions they may have and have fun.. I am definately not looking for salesmen.
For instance, we have a rookie on the team that will do blogs, photos etc so that noobies can follow his progression and relate to the new stuff he is doing and get stoked… Its easy for us all to forget how it was for us in the beginning.
