first off, I would go with a bom instead of the handle thingies so that you can do grabs.. I think maybe a 4 is a bit small as well, windsurfers are normally a bit beefier than us, so look at a 7 instead. Foil vs tube on snow.. hmm well thats a pretty balanced argument, but if you get a tube, you can use it on water (learn to use it : ) easier than you could a foil I suspect, I aint saying a foil is impossible to learn in the water with, just whats easier in my opinion : )
