This may be a warranty case, North had loads of problems with their glue on the valves.. call and find out first before you pay up yourself, you already bought an expensive kite!!

you can use both kites on water or snow… we call the ones that have cells ”foil” kites, generally they are more expensive and more complicated than regular 4 or 5 line inflatable kites.. I think the best thing would be to call a shop that sells both.. here ya go..
