Jag vill oxå ut, gärna på is med lite snö, frågan är var det finns sådan is???

Lasso: http://gunsails.de/de/pro.php?p=2156 .

I agree with Eric, carbon is the way to go, and with carbon i mean 100% carbon fins and not just black coloured or with an outer designlayer of carbon…

Yes its quite much rake, but ”we” have learned that around 37-40 degrees is just a bit too little when considering ALL weed-conditions, when there is a lot of weed then you do need 45 degrees, if its less, or not so thick weed, you might get away with less rake. I sail with weedfins almost everytime so i cant even remember what it is to sail a ”non-raked” fin:grin:. I believe that a lot of PB’s in Sweden has been made with weedfins, i would not say that weedfins are slow, they feel just a little different.

Nice! Beställ lite vind oxå o lagom kallt:-)!

Eric: The Lessacher fin i have could use some more rake, approx 45 degrees. As it is now it will collect weed occasionally, one reason could be the ”razor sharp” leading edge. And you are correct at slow speeds (25-30 knots) this fin is somewhat sensitive, if you push really hard then it can be forced to spinout, but i did not notice this over 30 knots. Compared to my other weedfin (Performance Fins Weed 29, Anders Bringdahl) this fin has a lot less lift. The board goes much smoother with this fin than the Performance Fin, no worries about smaller chop just push hard with confidence. Perhaps the fin could use a little thicker profile (i believe its sub 8mm…) ang gain some lift that way, its also a very sensitive fin when concerning vulnerability, you hit one hard object and the fin will be smashed since it has a really thin profile the last 10-12cm…
I myself have some ideas of trying new fin-ideas since i have just established contact with a promising company who has been building ”carbon creations of most kinds” for the last 20 years… -
Eric:Im a real amateur surfer but i have tried Lessachers ”B+F” with approx 40 degrees rake (i asked Lessacher to make a special fin for me with more rake), and i was amazed! Very thin profile and narrow base so you might have to use a bigger fin, but once up at speed its great, superb grip and zero spinout tendencies, it just goes faster and faster… I know that some people think that Lessacher fins has bad finish and etc, and i agree the finish is not top notch, but the performance is more than adequate!
